If nobody like me stays in Utah

"Ever since I came out, I've noticed that people can still see me as a good person. It's hard to know that different people are good until you get to know them, and you have to know somebody who's different before you can know that being different is OK. One of the reasons I haven't moved out of Utah is because if nobody like me stays then people won't know that it's OK to be different."
